In alignment with AITEC's mission as a peer to peer information exchange network, the bi-annual winter retreat provides a dedicated time for members to collaborate in meaningful ways while enjoying a beautiful mountain setting. The three-night event will feature thought leadership sessions, round table discussions, and presentations on topics pertinent to members' roles and is the perfect opportunity for attendees to network with others in their field.
Planning for the 2027 Executive Winter Retreat agenda is underway. While AI’s rapidly evolving opportunities and challenges will naturally be part of the conversation, this event is designed for you—and we want your input. Please let us know which topics and issues you would most value exploring during both the member roundtables and sponsor-led sessions.

Additional Details - Members
Member registration is now open and we need a financial commitment for the trip to move forward! The total anticipated trip registration fee is $1,500 and includes:
- 3 nights single-occupancy lodging at The Killington Grand Hotel
- Up to 8 thought leadership sessions across morning meetings, dinners, and more
- Welcome Reception, 3 breakfasts, 2 apres skis, and 2 dinners
- Local group transportation to/from Killington Proper as/if needed
The following adjustments can be made:
- Non-skiers or Ikon/Ikon Base Pass holders : Deduct $200 from above
- Only skiing 1 day? Deduct $100 from above
- Add third day of skiing : +$80 per person
- Add one day equipment rental package +$80 per person
- Add two day rental : +$150 per person
- Add three day rental : +$210 per person
Registration and a $500 deposit is due Friday, September 4th. The $500 deposit is non-refundable unless we determine that the trip cannot move forward due to a lack of commitment. This decision will be made by AITEC no later than September 11th.
Once the trip is green-lighted and the final trip cost has been solidified, members will be able to register and pay.
