Event Details

In alignment with AITEC's mission as a peer to peer information exchange network, the annual winter retreat provides a dedicated time for members to collaborate in meaningful ways while enjoying a beautiful mountain setting. The three-night event will feature thought leadership sessions, round table discussions, and presentations on topics pertinent to members' roles and is the perfect opportunity for attendees to network with others in their field.

The 2024 Executive Winter Retreat covered topics such as microsegmentation, AI use cases, incident response, cybersecurity challenges, digital transformation, and much more.

Additional Details - Members

Member registration is now open! The total trip registration fee is $3,100 and includes: 

  • 3 nights lodging at The Pendry Park City  
  • Up to 8 thought leadership sessions
  • 3 breakfasts, 2 apres skis, and 2 dinners 
  • Local group transportation to/from Park City Proper  

The fee will not cover your Epic pass, ski equipment rentals, individual local transportation, or travel to/from Park City. 

Registration and a $500 deposit is due Friday, November 15th. Final payment is due Friday, January 10th.
